Starting again...
I managed to get down to my GW but slipped big time and gained back 10lbs. SO not happy about that. I've been struggling to get back OP and so far, have failed. Lack of motivation I guess. But I need to get these last 10lbs off.
So if anyone wants to join me in re-starting, I'm beginning first thing tomorrow morning.
My Goals:
-Don't go over 20pts/day
-Don't use 35 extra points/week
-Drink 8oz water/day
-Exercise 30min/5x week
-Lose 6lbs by Oct 31st (with remaining 4 to come off by mid-November)
So, who's with me?
