Hi all - why should the mothers get to have all the challenges? LOL
(truthfully, Memorial Day is too soon and July 4th is too far away - Father's Day sounds like a happy medium - plus I love my daddy)
Anyhoo, we've got about 4 weeks to challenge ourselves!!
Here's mine:
1) eat within my point range every week
2) drink 3 liters of water daily
3) one diet soda per day
4) exercise/aerobic activity daily
5) weight train/circuit 3x/week
6) lose 1.0 inch around my waist to get to 28.5 inches
