I am doing okay! This week started off not all that great food/exercise/water! It was my boyfriend's bday so a good meal it was; Prime Rib! Then it was chinese a few times this week and a BBQ steak etc and a few drinks! OOPS! However, with all this said I still managed to lose 3.6 lbs!

I managed to start exercising more this past week!
I hope erveryone is doing good and are closer to your goals! I think I might just make this goal this time! Feels good!
