I have lurked on these boards for way too long...I have jumped from Atkins to SB to WW and back again. Finally decided last week that WW worked the best for me as I could have a treat here and there and never felt deprived. It worked amazingly well after my daughter was born in 2002. But alas, I have fallen off too many diet wagons over the years and it's time to just get healthy
I will be doing WW @ home as I have all the info. I did the WW @ home online thing and really didnt feel any benefit at all (JMHO). I am officially starting tomorrow although I started today (I loved the Wendie plan in the past and want Fridays to be my SHD hence the reason to start tomorrow).
