Just wanted to introduce myself. I am starting WW at home today. I hope I can do it this time. I do really well for a few days then I blow it. I have to keep motivated. Any advice?

Welcome I Am Starting Ww Again Myself, We Look Like We Have About The Same Goals, I Like That. Well I Have Only Been Doing It For A Couple Days And The Biggest Things Write Down Everything You Eat Cause It Will Add Up , Remember You Can Do This. A Really Great Quote I Use Is
"you Are Never Given A Wish Without Also Being Given The Power To Make It Come True, You May Have To Work For It However"

Good Luck , Keep In Touch

Stacy, expect to blow it sometimes. That's my advice. Expect it, accept it, and don't punish yourself for it. Just get right back on track afterward. Maybe take a walk as a way of digesting it and blowing off stress. I think one thing I've learned from my past is that I MUST, MUST, MUST get rid of my all or nothing thinking in regards to WW and weight loss. I blew it? Well, the whole diet is not a loss, just keep going. That's what the successful losers do. They don't give up. Not that they don't MESS UP, but they don't GIVE UP.
