Hi Y'all...I just started Weight Watchers on Friday. I went to a meeting and got all the required materials. However, I couldn't stay after for the getting started with the program. I read the materials forwards and backwards but have some questions about some things.
First, the booklet doesn't talk about how many points you get for each activity. My points tracker says i should aim for 28 points a week. What does that mean and how do i do that?
Last, how many points are you allowed from the 35 weekly points a day?
