Unhappy new and trying to get on track
I am new here and trying to figure this all out. I am having my 40th birthday on the 6th of APRIL and I want to be at a certian weight which I am not, so I am back on track with ww points. My new goal is to be at my target weight by July 1st so I am looking for some help some where to vent and where people understand and are going throught he same things. Sorry to ramble on better go now

u are welcome to join us in our 40 somethings group.. under support groups! we are all doing our own diet plans... and help each other ... lol and love to ramble!!! good luck!

just take one day at a time... u can do it!

great. love to chat. FIGURED OUT THE TRACKER. I am new at all this computer stuff too. Going to make my goal this time.I think I am going to enjoy this it seems reaklly awesome found those tracckers later toniteam very excited about this
