Smile Got First Month " Under My Belt "
Hi all - Happy to report a 10 lb. loss after my first 4 weeks on WW. So far so good and the new way of eating has not been hard at all. I want to thank the support of this website for giving me the info I need and the motivation to continue towards my goal. The treadmill I bought has really made a difference also. Good luck to you all
