Interested!

  • I would like to join the at home group. I am new to this website and am looking to really use it!! I have done WW and attended metings but have decided to skip the meetings and join the gym! What do I need to do? When do you chat? Do I weigh in and post it?.... Lots of questions!
  • Patrice - Wecome. Please feel free to join us on the weekly weigh in at home thread. We're generally more active during the week, but occasionally we check in on the weekend. We generally do post our weigh-ins. Mostly we give each other a lot of support, encouragement, and friendship.
  • You're going to love this site, it really offers the support you need without the meetings. The most important thing to remember is to weigh yourself only once a week on the same day.
