  • Hi Everybody,

I'm 22 years of age about 165cm tall and weighed myself tonight, 70 kilos. I have decided after trying so many fad diets to give weight watchers a go, I have seen people literally shrink before my eyes so i realise it works, plus you can actually eat decent food too. My goal weight is about 55 kilos, and i'd love to reach goal by christmas this year. I am not after a quick fix anymore, i want something that is easy, healthy and convinent. And weight watchers is this and so much more, am amazed at how much you can eat!! I have taken another big step and decided to join the gym, or more do aerobics classes in order to up my fitness and help with the weight loss. I start tomorrow and am quite excited, i have made mini weight loss goals of 4 kilos and am going to reward myself with self-improvement things like acrylic nails, massages, sexy underwear etc, not food!!

Well hope i can help other along there journey and make some good friendships. Best of luck to everyone here, the journey might seem long but imagine the prize at the end, total happiness, total fitness, total healthness!!

  • Hey there Kristel. I've been on the program for about 6 weeks and have lost 12 lbs. WW is the easiest diet ever -- my husband can not believe the amount of food I am able to eat and still lose weight! Best of luck to you!
