New to 3FC
Just recently found this website and have been lurking for a couple of days.
I started WW at home on November 18th 2003 and as of this month have lost 37 pounds and reached my goal :cheer: !!! I wouldn't mind losing a few more pounds but do need to figure out how to go about maintaining when I decide it's time!! So if you have any helpful advice please share! Congrats on the weight loss and the accomplishment :bravo: This site is great. As for advice, just keeping doing what your doing. I have been doing WW for many years off and on. What is different this time, I am logging in everyday. It has been such a help to keep me focused. This is my second week logging in. I know I will have more of a loss next week. I have met some great people, with lots of support, caring and great advice. I have been OP, moving, and planning everything, thanks to this site. :D Good Luck |

When you are at a weight you want to learn to maintain this is what you do: The first week add 4 points to your daily target.After one week if you have lost 2 pounds or more then you add 2 more points to your daily target. Most members can add 4 points to their daily target and stay within 2 pounds of the same weight. You may also have your Flex Points each week. Congrats on reaching goal!
