I've always been a WW at home user (with varying success - my doing, not the program's). I signed up for WW on-line the end of last August when they initiated the Flex Points program. I've found that it does help a lot. For one, I'm much better about journaling now that I'm doing it on-line. The on-line points calculator, for both food and activity points, is nice. The on-line food database is nice to have too. And keeping track of flex points is easy since the computer does it for you. To me, it's been worth the 14 bucks a month. As for getting irritated that you have to be good, I know the feeling. Think of it this way: You don't have to be good. No one is forcing you to. You *choose* to be good.
