Hi Maria,

There are several ways to go, most of which do cost some money. You can purchase the WW at Home package, which will be at least $100.00. You can join on-line which is around $35.00 for the first three months and then $14.00 per month. You can sometimes find materials on EBAY, although I hear they can be overpriced. Or you can attend one or two meetings at get the basic info that way. If you post your weight, I can give you your points range. If you search the archived threads here, you can probably find a thread or two that gives the points formula so you can calculate points. In fact, you can probably find the points ranges too.

Good luck.

Maria,

Check the thread below that has WW at Home questions in the title. Mompen posted the weight ranges for flex points in that thread.

Maria,

Then you would get 20 points as your base plus 35 flex points for the week to use how and when you see fit. You could also earn activity points, but I don't know if there's a formula to calculate those.
