Talking exercise points

I was doing ww at home before and I have lost my points for exercises. Im wanting to restart WW tomorrow and would like to be able to workout and maybe squirrel away some extra points. Can anyone help?

Can I? Can I? I need help with this exercise thing too!!!!
I dont have a slide but i need help with determing how many points i knock off for doing my cardio!!! HELP ME Pleeeeeeeaaaaaaasssssseeeeee!!!!
I will tell you my weight is 149 and i do 30 min of cardio on the elliptical and then an addtional 30 min on the treadmill both at moderate to high intensity,so i guess you could say i do 1 hour of cardio at moderate to high intenstiy!!!!!!!
