Hi all,

Sorry I was MIA yesterday. I was out and about with a friend, having lunch and doing some shopping.

Judy - Sounds like you had another great day! Good for you for sticking to one beer and avoiding the snacks altogether. Great job! I keep my bike on a low tension level - currently it's at 1 - just so I don't hurt my knees. What I lose in difficulty, I make up for in speed, so I figure I'm ok. I hope you make it through your Friday at work ok.

Karen - Hope life slows down for you soon!

My knee feels just about ready to try the bike again. I'm able to bend my leg without pain or stiffness. It's still a bit sore from time to time, but I think I'll be ok. Foodwise - I haven't been so great the past couple of days, but I'm back on track today.

Have a great day and a terrific weekend.

Carla

Karen - I hope life is "good busy" as opposed to "stressful busy".

I had an OK day yesterday. I did a whopper of a weight workout and really feel it today. I did too much late snacking though and used my food points in the bank. What I have left in the bank are activity points and I want those to stay as is so I will ahve to be careful tonight. The sneak peek this morning was terrible but I'm sure it has to do with both the weight training yesterday, and more so, the pasta sauce we had last night. It was a sauce made with olives - it was yummy but a "once-in-a-while" choice as it has more points than what we usually use. The kicker (that I noticed this morning) was that it has a ton of sodium - more than 1,000 grams per serving and I had 3 servings! I am trying to guzzle water today to flush it all out before tomorrow's weigh in. I hope to do some aerobics when I get home. No real challenges this weekend, thank goodness.

Have a great one!
Judy
