I do the C25k program 3 times a week. I do count the AP ,but I try not to eat them. I also try not to over-calculate my activity points so I usually put down the amount of time spent running and list it as moderate activity to get my output. This usually gives me around 4 points

. Most days is do the C25k program in the middle of my hour on the tredmill so this yields an even higher AP output. Hope that helped.
