Yes, it goes down 1 point about every 10 lbs you lose plus don't forget whenever you go over the age range, etc. I started out with 29 and am now 28 since I started at 226lbs to 219lbs now.

And, QuackyLove, I have 46 points, so your 42 does not seem like a lot to me, haha
