I had to have oatmeal today as I was going to have a boiled egg but they had been cracked before I boiled them and looked like a freaky show product so I threw them out.
Oatmeal and rasins were my breakfast and a whole grapefruit. I do better with breakfast then I do with other meals.
also, I'm not losing anything

so sad. so sad, I've been this weight for 2 weeks now.
