Ugh

  • I can't seem to get focused and stay motivated and on track. For part of January, most of February I was out of control and ended up gaining about 5 lbs. Last Monday, when I weighed in, I had lost it and was at the weight I was about a month before, when I "fell off the wagon." So I thought, great! Back on track. And I was fine for the first half of last week, then this past weekend I ate way more than I should have and today found out I went up 1/2 a pound. Boooo. I just don't know what to do. My work is doing a Biggest Loser contest and there is $250 for the winner. It just started this past week and I've already gone up :-/ Not a good way to start.
  • Don't come down so hard on yourself. A half pound is not bad.. Keep your head up
  • No, I know a half pound isn't that bad. It's just frustrating after all I went through from last month. I thought I had finally gotten back on track. I just cannot seem to break into the 240s.
  • Maybe alter your meals and exercise routine.. I heard doing the same routine can slow up your weight loss
