Hi! I've only been in WW for 7 weeks now, but I would be happy to help in anyway that I can. I love the points system, I can have anything I want, I just have to be conscious of portion sizes. For me, the weekly meetings are a great tool because they keep me motivated. Everytime I've ever tried to lose weight on my own, I did fine until 6-8 weeks into it, but then I would quit.
