Default So I'm thinking I might start this again.

I have the WW book & points slider from about 2.5 years ago. I did loose some weight while doing WW, but then got pregnant again. I had my baby about a year ago and have been slowly loosing since. I'm at a stopping spot now and feel the need to actually follow a plan to help me. I've been eating so poorly lately and breastfeeding less & the 2 put together are making for more 'fluff' on my body.

I can't remember how many points I'll need so I guess I need to google that.

Lookin' forward to the support here!

Thank you ladies!!! I have to admit that I haven't been doing very good counting my points past lunch. I cook all our meals at night & find it tedious to sit down and figure out exactly how many points went into a casserole that I just whipped together, you know? I don't know if this will work, but I was thinking if I can keep it to about 9-12 points between bfast/lunch/snack then I should be ok for dinner even if I don't count it? I'm not sure...
