Hi. I am back on this site AGAIN. I lost 40 pounds on WW almost 2 years ago, gained 20 back and have been on and off sporadically over the last year. It is now time to REALLY commit. I want to loose the 20 I gained back.
I do really well during the day..my issue is dinner time. What are you all eating for dinner? Do you make healthy meals for the family and jsut calculate your points value? Do you make one meal for the family and one meal for you? My hubby is not dieting with me and likes typical dinners...meat, potatoes, rice, veggie etc. I also have 2 girls ages 5 and 3. I also like to cook meals that are simple, quick and easy. I find alot of the recipes in the WW book time consuming, or they involve ingredients I don't have, or they are meals we would not eat.
HELP!!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It's not too often he does this- but it happens.
