Mind if I join you ladies. Like many others I have been off and on weight watchers many many times. Since I am doing this at home and by myself I could really use the support of this group. My weigh in day is Monday.

So, I got back on the wagon and have lost 3.2 pound this week!!!!

I am very happy with my weigh in today. I lost 1.6 lbs
