Well weighed in this morning and poof no loss no gain. I hope this is not like last month where I go three weeks with no loss then only lose a pound. I do know the exercising is helping change my shape but the no lose is so discouraging

Just keep with it Nancy! It is super frustrating not to lose, but you know you are doing everything wonderful for your body and you should be so proud of that!

Thanks, Chrissy. I love that I am in the exciting beginning stages (though this is not my first time) and that I have folks to share it with.

I would love to join in the action (a bit late). I started the month at 213 and my weigh in yesterday was 210.4. So down 2.6. I started WW at home in April.

Ok - so, I started WW at home last Monday and yesterday was my first "weigh-in" and I was down 6 pounds! Yay! :yay: I am so excited!
I know that the first couple of weeks are a quicker loss and it will slow down, but I really needed a good loss to get me motivated. I had the hardest time just getting started!! I was really good at keeping everything in my journal and I think that really helped. And I am so glad that I found this group to share things with! Thanks for being here! :) |

Week 2, down 1.5lb.
But I was down 1lb last Sunday, so that means M-F I lost only .5. Oh well. I was hoping the early stages/fast loss would last a little bit longer. Is it possible to gain a measurable amount of muscle weight in one week? |

I'm up 2 lbs. :( Oh well... today's a new day.... I'm back on my plan and will lose those 2lbs and then some this week :)... and if not i'll just try not to gain again. ;)

I need to be updated for the last few weeks. My total loss for July is 1.6 pounds :)

OK I don't want ya'll to fall over and faint :hug: I can't believe I went down 2.5 pounds this week. That is the biggest drop I have had in 2 months. As you know I usually have no loss or barely .5.....
Now I need to figure out what I did to get there and do it again :) |
Good Job on the loss!! When you figure it out, let us know. :D I'm thinking that your body is finally given up on the battle of the exercise. Maybe it realized you weren't gonna stop. ;)

Thank you for the encourgement. as I look over my journal I noticed I did not work out 6 days last week only 5....and used the same amt of points from week before so maybe that was the trick...ah who knows are bodies are so complicated they do what they want

So I weighed in and have lost a total of 7.2 lbs this month. My goal is 8 lbs which should be attainable.

I totally blew it Sunday and Tuesday, but I think I may have recovered and won't have a gain tomorrow. |
I am down 1.7!!
I the folks that say they do better when they eat all their flex points are right. I usually don't touch them but I ate them all this week (woops) and things turned out well in the end. Thank goodness for DH - keeping me on track when I wanted to throw in the towel after my slip ups. He's even started counting calories himself. |

When I looked back on my journal I too ate more flex last week and cut some of the exercise and saw better results....but I stil have 4 more days till weigh in to really test that theory I will get you updated |
