I am giving myself kudos the entire month of June I exercised 6 days a week every week and lost (for me this is big 5.5lbs).
I know we have all struggled to stay focused to eat right and exercise and thankfully when I fall off that wagon of mine, and it has been more times than I can count, we can come here for support and encourgement.
It would be wonderful if we could all committ this month to making just one change and sticking to it for 30 days.
For me it will be to continue my commitment to exercise I want to be able to say and look at my calendar ---Hey you have been working out for x amount of weeks and you are looking good. Time to buy yourself a treat.
I will start a new weigh in thread in the next day or two also

So I have a hamburger alternative. I plan to check in with her - in case I need to bring a salad to keep things leaner. 

exercising on a holiday... wow... i'm truly impressed. I'm not sure you'll need us to kick your backside any this month....
