  • I forgot to post here last week! I am down 4 pounds since the last time I posted.
  • OK my weigh in

    no loss, no gain....darn it but hopefully it was just one of 'those' weeks I did eat fair all week and one bad day but did not use up all my flex and had 32 activity pts so I don't know why I did not see a loss

    So I am hoping for something big next week
  • Down 6 lbs this week - lots of heavy landscaping done in the yard. Had pizza last night boo hoo!

  • I'm down 2 pounds from last week. My weigh-ins are Monday a.m.
  • I was down 1 pound this week. Not too bad considering I sprained my ankle on Monday and did not exercise all week. I'm all better now and need to get back into an exercise groove to lose at least 2 pounds this week!!!!
  • I'm down 3.8lbs. I'm a day early but I couldn't wait anymore. I had to know. I had gained the 5 lbs I lost plus an extra pound last week so I'm still behind but I'm getting back there. I think I'm going to set up mini-goals for myself. Let's say 5lbs pounds at a time. I'm thinking everytime I hit a xx0 or xx5 as I go down I'm gonna celebrate with little non-food rewards. Then when I get to say 25 lbs lost I'll do something big. huh.... I'm gonna have to think about this some more. Any ideas? Right now I can only think of getting a pedicure. OOO... maybe get new book

  • I am up a ridiculous 2.6 pounds :-( End of the school year festivities and food and the beginning of my period (I retain water like crazy) are a terrible combination. Next week will be a big loss though, I am ready!
  • Katier don't worry about that gain and you are right it will come right back off. I weighed myself this morning even though it is not my day and I am still at the same number grrr......
  • I've decided to change my weigh in date to Saturday mornings instead of Wednesdays. It seems to work better with my menu planning to use Saturday. I wasn't expecting much of a loss if any at all this morning but I was surprised... I was down another 3.6 since Tuesday. That makes 7.4 for the week and 6.4 for the month (I gained a lb. over what I started with so I'm not counting that). I'm so happy. I think I'm even gonna change my ticker.

  • I was down .4 for the week. I am taking a week off as of today, I will probably gain a little but I'm OK with that. I will get back on track next Monday.
