I'm down 3.8lbs. I'm a day early but I couldn't wait anymore. I had to know.

I had gained the 5 lbs I lost plus an extra pound last week so I'm still behind but I'm getting back there. I think I'm going to set up mini-goals for myself. Let's say 5lbs pounds at a time. I'm thinking everytime I hit a xx0 or xx5 as I go down I'm gonna celebrate with little non-food rewards. Then when I get to say 25 lbs lost I'll do something big. huh.... I'm gonna have to think about this some more. Any ideas? Right now I can only think of getting a pedicure.
