I've been attending meetings for 3 months so I am quitting the meetings but not WW. I have a hectic schedule with work and family so the only meeting i can attend is about an drive away. I understand the program. I have the points guides and slider so I think I will just try it from home.
Anyway, I startedin January, this week i finished my 3 month journal. I have lost almost 35 pounds and looking forward to finding my goal weight (not ww by the way) of 165-170.
Welcome, Ciarra!! I am a newbie here doing WW at home....I did it years ago and have the pointsfinder and just got alot of the materials for the Momentum Plan and am going to give it a shot.
On day #2 now and doing ok....just taking alot of time to get use to the changes and how to weigh and calculate and figure out what foods will be satisfying.
So, I look forward to making the journey with you and others here. Congrats on the weight loss....it is encouraging to know that I have some others around to share the journey with.
My stomach is growling today and hubby and I are going to Wendy's and I will be able to accommodate that into my day believe it or not. I love the chili on a salad and I am going to treat myself to a float and still have some points left!! WOW,,,,it's unbelievable that I can do that!!

Welcome aboard, I have been doing it for some time but not consistently so my loss is slow. It is great and the support here is wonderful...post often and any insights you want to share are always appreciated
