2nd wk

  • Just weighed and I was down 2 more pounds this morning. Have to remember slow and steady wins the race.
  • congratulations on your loss! keep up the good work
  • Nice Job
  • A couple of friends and my sister is doing ww and one of my friends who is 5'2 weighs 139 lost 6 pounds this week to now weighing 133. Ohhh, I'm bummed now!!
  • Don't be upset! I know how you feel though, I only lost .8 this week. But I have had a 5 pound week as well. Some weeks are good and some are bad. Try not to get discouraged.
  • The scale is going down not up. So you should be proud of that
  • thanks, trying to stay positive.
  • Quote: thanks, trying to stay positive.
Everytime I would get a little bummed I would think of the people on the Biggest Looser and how much they diet and work out and even they sometimes have low or no weight loss weeks. That kinda snaps me out of it.
  • Don't be discouraged everyone looses different. I have been doing ww for 8 months and even on the weeks and weeks I was a good girl my best loss for one week was 3lbs and since I started I have only lost 18, go figure?

You can't go by anyone else and remember slow and steady and it will stay off.

I have been on diets in the past and dropped 30 lbs in 3 months only to gained it all back + some within the year
  • Also, a good portion of people have large losses the first 3 weeks.
  • I'm still trucking along. I'm having trouble with getting motivated to exercise, 10 minutes a day would be better than none at all. Also, I've been feeling full the last three days almost miserable and bloated, I have really upped my fiber intake so is that what is making feel this way? If so when will it stop or should I cut back on my fiber?
  • usually if i have a very small loss or even a gain that usually means the next week or the one after will be a pretty good size loss. So just keep that in mind and stay focused! Your doing awsome!
  • just think, 2 lbs a week ..man in 6 months...that could be a whopping 48 lbs!!!! Thats a lot of weight...and be certainly glad your losing it and not GAINING it!
  • ANY loss is still a loss and not a gain!! Keep up the good work!
