Don't be upset! I know how you feel though, I only lost .8 this week. But I have had a 5 pound week as well. Some weeks are good and some are bad. Try not to get discouraged.

Everytime I would get a little bummed I would think of the people on the Biggest Looser and how much they diet and work out and even they sometimes have low or no weight loss weeks. That kinda snaps me out of it.

Don't be discouraged everyone looses different. I have been doing ww for 8 months and even on the weeks and weeks I was a good girl my best loss for one week was 3lbs and since I started I have only lost 18, go figure?

You can't go by anyone else and remember slow and steady and it will stay off.

I have been on diets in the past and dropped 30 lbs in 3 months only to gained it all back + some within the year

Also, a good portion of people have large losses the first 3 weeks.

I'm still trucking along. I'm having trouble with getting motivated to exercise, 10 minutes a day would be better than none at all. Also, I've been feeling full the last three days almost miserable and bloated, I have really upped my fiber intake so is that what is making feel this way? If so when will it stop or should I cut back on my fiber?

usually if i have a very small loss or even a gain that usually means the next week or the one after will be a pretty good size loss. So just keep that in mind and stay focused! Your doing awsome!
