I have so many WW cookbooks and such that I figured counting points is easist, especially on line with tracker.
I am also watching sugar and sweets (even WW) so I don't go on a binge.
I have a lot of WW cookbooks and get WW mag. I know the points will also help me with my sugar levels.
Someone mentioned hamburgers on bagel. Arnold has things called Sanwich Thins. They are like a pita only thicker, great toasted and are only 2 points.
