In one of the magazines I read often Dr. Oz suggested that all women take 1 gram of fish oil a day..........for many different reasons.........does anyone do this?? I am thinking of adding it to my diet plans..........I am not really a vitamin/supplement type person though........I am also going to add a multi-vite......any suggestions?? Thanks!!
I'm taking it. I think it's considered a good idea for everyone, for the omega-3's.
I don't take vitamins but it is only because I know when I buy them they sit there because I forget.
But I had a neighbor who swore by them and she lived to be 96 and her husband 100
I do. Check your nutrition label, they have calories. I used to take 6 of 180 mg and had to count them for a point. I've switched mg since then.
The fish oil I take has 25 calories, and I take two a day. I also take a multi. vitamin before I goto sleep.
