here i go!

  • So i have tried WW twice in the past lost 15-20 lbs and gave up whenever i hit a plateau. So sunday i will be go grocery shopping and starting again on monday this time i plan to not quit and excercise and stick to the plan! so congrats to all who have sticked to the plan and lost weight and i hope to be joining you shortly happy new years everyone!

    I am going to be doing the same! However I am going to be using only 3FC and my old materials... (I attended meetings in the past)

    I am very confused about about the filling food list...and now the combining of the 2 old programs Flex & Core

    It seems like the Filling Food list has alot more items on it, but I don't understand how it works with the program!

    I'll figure it out..I'm sure!
