Default Hello

Hello everyone,

I've never written on this forum, usually on the flex plan one, but because I'm just jumping back into my plan (which I abandoned during my move about 4 months ago) and I am in fact not going to be able to attend any meetings or join any WW as of yet because I can't afford it, I wanted to become a part of your group.

I still have a long way to go to meet my goal, and jumping back into this is going to be really hard. I would love to share my stories and get to know all of you, and take some motivation and tips from you as well if you'll welcome me .

I was just wondering what types of things you can suggest to get that boost back into it all, as I'm having a hard time and only started counting points again yesterday. Hope to hear from you all soon and good luck with your goals everyone!

T.

Setting a daily goal every day helps me. As soon as I get done working out (at the end of my day) I set my goal for the next day...and plan out my food for the next day. It's easier for me then staying, "I'm going to work out EVERY DAY." That seems overwhelming to me so I just plan to stick to one day at a time. Good luck!

I really have to put myself in the mindset that I WANT to lose weight - I hate exercise , but I make myself get up each morning and "Walk Away the Pounds" before eating breakfast or showering. This has helped me.

I also look online for different WW menu ideas - I love the Green Lite Bites site - I let myself try "special" recipes and I never feel like I am missing out on fun and interestig food (or that I'm eating the same old thing!)

I have a lot of weight to lose - and I love to read stories on 3FC about how members have overcome thier weight issues - this is a HUGE motivator to me!

Good Luck and drop us a line if you need some support!

I would write down everything you eat for a while. If you can, writing down your food plan ahead of time really helps too. I also invest in safe snacks like fruit, eggs, broccoli, asparagus, tomatoes, soups, Pirates Booty rice puff snacks, pistachios, and Kashi cereal. If I have those things on hand, I usually stay on plan a lot easier. I also set out an amount of water that I want to drink for the day in a jug. Arrowhead makes a great 3 Liter jug that I carry around with me in the house or if I go shopping I have it in the car. I also get exercise in every day. I am the type of person that if I skip a run or a walk, the greater the chances of me not doing it the next day. I always regret not going on a run; I never regret it once I am in the middle of it.

I have to plan my meals the day before including my snacks, I write down the food I am going to eat in my food log and should I happen not to eat all my food that day I just cross it out and start fresh again for the next day..it seems to help me
