Well look! You are already back on track!! Now, I'm holding you to that walk and the salad. So when you're done with both, tell us about both! Like what you put on the salad, and what your walk was like

Well, I feel like arse but I didnt get my walk. I ended up passing out in a chair with my 3 yr old and when I woke up the weather was NASTY... It was NOT walking weather. So probably a good thing I didnt go, I would have been stuck out in it.

BUT, I did have my salad...

Iceberg, Broccoli, Green Peppers, Carrots, Ham (96% FF Black Forrest Ham), A very small amount of Parm cheese grated over it.. and Extra Light Olive Oil as dressing. = 4pts YUMMO!!!!!

I then made popcorn to share with my son and hubby and Am currently eating a Chocolate Fiber one bar!

Good Job on the salad!! That actually sounds WAY better than what I had (brown rice with steamed zucchini, cauliflower, and broccoli) I wanted to drench it with soy sauce but didn't.. I was good. You also motivated me to work out today too by the way!!! And I totally understand not wanting to go for the walk. Maybe the weather front coming in is what made your day off (and made you sleepy!) It usually does a huge number on me!!!

So, again, good job! Just get your walk in tomorrow and you'll be golden!

Thanks Carinna!!

I figured out the perfect way to do my salads.

I take a big (sealing lid) Tupperware bowl and all my veggies.. and I cut em up and throw them in the bowl. This time was Lettuce, Broccoli, Green Peppers and Carrots.. Then, I put the lid on and stick it in the fridge. This gives me fresh salad for 3 to 4 days. And When I make mine, I get out the same type of Tupperware bowl but smaller and i put a few handfuls in it. Then grate a tad bit of Parm over it, add 1 serving of low fat lunch meat and my EVOO over the top. Place the lid on it and shake it!! That way its totally mixed and the oil isnt in just a few spots, it covers everything in the bowl. PERFECTO!!!

Krysydawn do get your collar in a good grip and force yourself out for your walk.....it just feels so good to know you've done what was expected of you. I made it for 85 minutes today and I feel wonderful. I know had I not gone, even though it was misting rain while I was out, I would feel crappy right now and I would not have anywhere near the incentive to find nice recipes to make special food for our dinner tonight.

If you can grab yourself and force yourself out you will feel wonderful!
