How many points?

  • Can someone tell me how many points I should have? I weight 328 and am a 25 year old female, how does not do a lot of exercise. Thanks a bunch!
  • I think it's 35. I can't find my book right now, but as I recall it's 1 pt for every 10 lbs you weigh, plus 2 for being female, plus 1 for having low activity.
  • since your female its 2 pts, 25, thats 3 points, 32 points for your weight so far thats 37. then you add your height which it says 5'9 so plus 1. = 38 then plus 2 for light activity so 40.
