Default How to calculate excercise points

Can someone tell me how do I figure out points for excercising or should I just not include them?

I'm pretty sure most gym machines are way off-- giving more burned kcal than reality. What I am now doing is charting given numbers but not increasing my daily caloric intake based on those numbers. Needless to say, I saw an increase in my weight loss. Still a big darn struggle, though.

Not to be nosey but did you have a lot to lose? I want to lose 15-20lbs I have actually GAINED a pound since starting Curves over a month ago. I am not staying OP totally but I thought I would have at least lost "something" I wondered 2 things.
1. Does taking lexapro have anything to do with it
2. Because I don't have a lot to lose is it making it more difficult to get off.

Realistically I "need" to lose about 10 lbs the other 5-10 is for me!!

Its not unusual to gain alittle weight after starting an execise program but rest assured the gain is muscle not fat, you should see a loss soon!

Question WW exercise/activity points?

I have been walking 2 miles about every other day, sometimes it's every two days. We walk 2 miles in about an hour how many points would I earn for this? I don't want to use them but it would make me feel better about the days that I went over by a few points, I don't count the "flex" points because I'd be screwed if I did... If I know they are there- I WILL use them!
