Wooohooooway to go chopper! Keep it up! And....how are those wedding plans coming?
Well not much to report here - I have been in a rut for quite sometime~! I have had no desire to count calories or points, exercise or journal!Yuck yuck is how I have felt! I have NOT been on the scale forever and know that I have gained. I feel it in my clothes and feeeeeeeet!
I LOVE my job, but I get so darn tired of the fight and struggle with the chocolate there! **Most people have trouble with co-workers, bosses, etc.......not me, mine is with the product I sell!!!!**
I'm going to scoot for now. Really just wanted to say hi and see where everyone is and how they are doing? I hope the lack of posts isn't because you feel like me!!!!!! C'mon someone, give me a big ol' kick in the butt and lets get going ............. again! pleaseeeee!
Hi - I'm new to this post. I choose this post because it appears that those in this forum are committed to WW and are very knowledgeable about it. I am a believer in WW as long as you are willing to stick with it. I am having some difficulty with something and I thought that this forum may have encountered the same problem. I have been following WW for the past 5 weeks and have lost 7 lbs. so far. I also take "Fentermine" (which I am in no way endorsing, but must admit that it suppresses my appetite). When I hit my 15 points, I'm done for the day and can stick to it. However, I think that my calorie intake might be to low because my body has gone into "starvation" mode. I'm afraid to up my daily WW points in fear that I will gain weight again. I have found that if I go to 18 or 20 points per day, the scale goes up. I exercise 4 times per week and started lifting weights 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know why this is happening or what to do to get over the hump?
I weighed in this morning at 148.4, so I'm continuing. I've had a few bad days with eating some "junk" food, but I'm trying to get back on the horse so to speak.
My scale has been acting up, I'm going to have to buy a new one but there are so many choices. Does anyone have a suggestions? I currently have a WW71 and am looking for something comparable.
Hope everyone is doing as well. Keep up the work, take one day at a time.

I am new to this post, but I am doing WW at home, this is my 3rd time on WW but I am looking at it as a way of life this time around, so I am hoping to stick with it for life! This is my second week. I weighed in this week at 189 which is 2.2 lbs down. I am feeling much more motivated this week. I also plan on hitting the gym more often this week!
Hi girls! Not a whole lot to report here. I have stayed OP for the last two days. I really needed to re-commit! I have been down in the dumps big time! Urgh! I did journal and add water to my diet, but I haven't gotten much exercise, unless.........you count all the running to the bathroom to pee because of all the water! lol!
Vintage Glamour - Hello! And Welcome! Congrats on the 2.2#!!! 2.2# Gone gone gone.........forever!
lawdog97 - Hi & welcome! I wish I could answer that question for ya! I find that I have to use all my points to see any loss at all! 15 points seem low?!?!? Are you sure you are getting enough for your body to burn? Look at what you weigh, are you possibly at your goal weight? Also, if you are lifting weights, you're probably gaining some muscle?!?!? Good Luck and I hope you find the right answer and what works for you. Keep me posted!
Hi Brianna - it's ok to have a "couple" of bad days and it sounds like you're back on the horse again! Scales - yuck! I have never owned one that stayed consistant! I have a Health-o-meter, digital - it's ok, but like I said, not always consistant!
jusalilbabefat - woohoooo and I can feel your excitement through my pc! Good job! I hope you have a fabulous weigh in on Sunday! Let me know and I'll cross my fingers for you!
I have been wanting to try those cookies. I love cookies and any cookie that is only 1 pt, YUM!
Hello, I'm new on this board. I have just restarted WW like 3 weeks ago. So far I have lost 5lbs.
We have just started a support group at work this week. So with the support at work and at home I should, no, I WILL be great this time around. Now is time for my hardest part of the week. The weekend. And this weekend I have a reception to go to, but I have saved my flexi points. Good luck ladies.
