Good Morning Everyone! Just wanted to get the new week started for us and say hello!

It's a busy week! Today is Palm Sunday already, tomorrow is St. Patricks Day, Thursday is the first day of spring, Friday is Good Friday and then Sunday of course is Easter! Wow! Nothing like packing everything into one week! Not too mention, Easter is so early this year! I worked in our mall store yesterday and WOW - it was packed!

Keitha - Wow buddy! I'll keep you in my thoughts........Here in the beginning we just thought it was "whiplash" and now to find out this! If I lived by you, I'd help ya out! haha!

Lets keep the "south" in our thoughts as they are going through the aftermath of the tornado's - from what I am seeing on the news Atlanta got it really bad!

Well girls....here's to a good week Stay OP and keep moving!

hello! I hope you girls don't mind if I jump in your thread... I need somewhere/one to be accountable to. I have re-started about a 1000 times in the last couple of years. I decided to at least write in my blog again and journal my food.

I'm not really an "at-homer" but I don't go to meetings either. I am a lifetime WW'er so I know what to do, it's just that I don't do it!! Anyway, I don't have people to share this with in my life (offline) and I could really use the support.

Default welcome, velveteen!

Welcome, velveteen, and congratulations on lifetime!! Can't wait to get there! The Netherlands...nice to meet you across the globe. My son-in-law is from Switzerland. They were married there...what a lovely part of the world!

Have a buffet banquet later today. Plan is to have steak, potato, green beans and salad. Avoid rolls/bread, butter, CAKE... Ask me later if I stuck to my plan or not....

Make stuffed cabbage today as an alternative to fatty corned beef and cabbage. Family loves it...I can do good portion control with it...

Have a great on-plan day, everyone! Bethz

Hi : ) Hope you have room for another. Would appreciate the extra support.
I have been stuck at my weight for a year, tried eating less and exercising more...no luck yet. I have older ww books I think. They show core and flex points though. I am 5'3 and weigh 225. Eating 20 -26 points. Any other ideas?

Red face Checking in....

Morning all,

I'm just checking in for the week. I had my weigh in this morning and I'm down a pound from last week. I did pretty good this weekend, but I maintain that it was the swimming with the "little ones" on Friday and Sunday that helped me to balance the extra points that I ate. Hopefully I can keep it up as this weekend will be the test as I'm heading to the in-laws to celebrate Easter and my daughter's 3rd birthday. Hopefully I can do it, it's always so hard at their house as they are the traditional italian family.

Good luck to everyone, I'll check in later to see how everyone else is doing.

BUFFET...went as PLANNED... PLANNING IS KEY! Had one bite of champagne cake...counted a well-deserved point...and handed it to my husband (Jack Sprat...).

I do feel like I'm winning the battle of the bulge. It is becoming easier as time passes and I see results. I think that childbearing, complacency, age, and probably addictive tendencies being brought up in an alcoholic family contributed to my weight problem. I really want to be healthier and live longer.

Sneak peak at the scale shows I am down another pound from Friday weigh in. I have my Biggest Loser weigh in at work tomorrow, so I'll let you know how that goes. Had a great on-plan day today as far as staying on point, exercise, drinking my water, and journaling. Ate leftover stuffed cabbage which seemed a better alternative then corned beef and cabbage.

Oldest son left for Boston area today to visit sister and his children. Will miss him...and it certainly will be quieter around here..."quiet" being a relative term.

Have a great evening everyone! Bethz

Hi everyone! I ihave been completely OP and can't seem to get my butt back into it. I don't know what my problem is. I know what I need to do I just don't do it. I am just being lazy! I wish I could go and workout but with my neck and back the way they are I am not allowed to do anything. And to think I could be like this for 6 more months they say.

jar-if we were closer I would take you up on that offer....
