back on track and it paid off!
after a 3-week slump where i was exercising but not eating right (and staying at the same weight), i did both for the last week and today when i weighed in i am down 3 pounds for the week!! i am so excited! all my hard work the last week paid off and i am ready to tackle the next week! hopefully next week i can say i am done with the 280's!
today marks my 10th week and my original goal for this week was my 10% (30 pounds), but with the weeks that were rough i had already determined i would not make that and have extended that goal to my birthday (the 22nd), so that is where i am headed!
