I'm getting back in the swing of things today, I'll be back later in the week!

Default Weekly checkin.....

So after a long weekend (working and taking care of the kids, one of whom is sick) I did my weigh in this morning at 149 lbs. I'm up a little bit but I can't really complain as I ate out and didn't do much on Saturday other than eat and doze w/ the kids. I'm trying to better, work always seems to keep me on track. I'm working on getting rid of these last nine pounds!

Way to start back on the program ladies, I know you all can do it. I'll check back in tomorrow and see how it went.

Hi ladies. I have been out for a few weeks. My neck has been giving me a lof of pain. I was supposed to have surgery on it this coming wednesday but the doctors office messed things up and now I am not going to have it until July. My Dad is even flying out for the surgery that is now not taking place. So now he is getting a vacation. Atleast I will be well enough to do things with him while he is here.

Glad to see everyone is doing well! Keep up the good work!

Hi everyone!

Down 1.6 lbs this week. I went to the gym 3 days and walked my block the other 4 days. It is also that time of month, so I think it might have affected the scale a little. Do you ladies find that you lose less during your monthly cycle?

I am going to Atlantic City this weekend for a friends 30th birthday, I am prepping some things to eat before we get there. I am really concerned about all of the buffet style eating that will be going on. We will also be eating at Carmines on Friday night (Family Style)...I am going to try and stay within my points, but I am nervous.

Hi Ladies - Last week was my first time joining this forum and I received great advice. My problem last week was that the scale had stalled out on me. Many of you told me I was not consuming enough points in a day. This past week, I made sure that I was consuming 20 points per day, and it is working. The scale has been dropping bit by bit everyday. I lost 2 pounds since, Friday. Someone had suggested that I switch to the flex points system since I do aerobics four times per week. I am debating whether to do it myself or join WW flex online. What does anyone think? I must admit my knowledge is limited to just what I've heard and picked up here and there. Would it benefit me to actually join or am I just giving money away??

Hi Hi!

Vintage Glamour - wooohoooooo, and yayyyy~ Good job on that 1.6 gone forever! Good Luck in Atlantic City! You can do it!!!]Good idea making up some goodies for the trip and when you get there! Remember at the buffet style places.........you CAN make good choices.........shoot for baked, broiled and steamed foods.

lawdog97 - Hi! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit here and got some good advice. Aren't these ladies wonderful!?!?!? I think you will get several different responses to the WW meeting question. Some folks, HAVE to have it for accountibility reasons and some feel it is a waste of money. Personally, I have done both! I'm not a very good meeting person and I think I spend too much money there on WW products. However, I do love the personal attention when I have a loss!
But, since I have found all the support and "wooohoooo's" here - I do like doing it at home! Good Luck and let me know if you go to the meetings.

Hi & hugs out to Mom2, Keitha & Brianna! Hope you guys are having a great week. My WI is tomorrow morning! We'll see........ It's only been 4 days, but I did decide on another forum to make my WI's on Thursday! I'll keep you posted. (if it is good......haha)

Have a great day! Drink your H2O, shake those booties and "try" to eat some veggies!

Default Morning...

Morning ladies,

Sounds like everyone is getting back on track. I weighed again today and I'm going down a little at a time. I went to the store yesterday and bought meals for lunch so I didn't have any excuses to go out and eat. I just need that for when I get home at night too!

I've been so exhausted with the little one being sick and of course I get sick with her tooo, so that makes me even more tired. I just need a day to sleep and help my body get back on track.

Hope you all continue to do well this week, I'll check back in a few days.

Great weigh-in Jeanne!

You too Vintage!

Hi Keitha! Enjoy your visit with your dad!

Hope the little one is feeling better soon Briana - - it's exhausting when they're sick, isn't it?

I'm halfway to weigh in this week, but I got on the scale this morning and I've lost 3.5 of the 5 lb I gained in Florida. Yea! I hope by Sunday (weigh in day) I'll have lost all 5 of those pesky laying on the beach eating ice cream pounds.

Have a great week everyone!

I would love to be a part of this support group.

I have been really sucessful on weight watchers in the past, unfortunately, I stopped going to the meetings and following the plan and the weight plus 30 lbs came back to find me. I am currently following the plan at home. I can change my weigh in date to any day.

Let me know if that is okay.

Thanks.

Smile Welcome...

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say to those new users....welcome. I've been staying on track and even got a little exercise yesterday. I went walking at lunch with a co-worker at a local park. We walked approx. 2 miles and then I just made sure that I watched what I ate when I got home (I really wasn't hungry but ate some cheese and organic crackers that we bought this weekend). I wasn't hungry after that so I didn't eat dinner (the cheese was regular sharp cheddar and the crackers are like 5 for 1 pt). So I probably had enough points to equal what I would normally eat for dinner. (I don't do it very often but it was so rich and a treat).

Better get running....ttyl.
