jean3 - wooohooooo and congrats on the 1.5# gone forever! Thats super! Saturdays are a good day to WI, then if you want to eat out or "splurge" on Sat. night or Sunday.........you still have 7 days before your next weigh in!

chubymommaof2 - morning! Welcome! I'm sorry I don't know how the WI works when you are an on-line member. I'm an at homer!!! Hopefully after some of the other girls read your question, one of them will know! Again, Welcome & good luck!

Weigh in was today and I'm down 4.5 of the 5.5 I gained in Florida. Hopefully I'll lose the rest of those and a few more this week! Have a great week everyone!

Talking Morning all....

Just checking in....I moved my weigh in day to Thursdays just because if I'm bad during the weekend I have a few days to recoop. So I'll let you all know on Thursday. I've been walking a few days a week approx. 2 miles and that seems to be helping, although I'm battling this one pound. I'll keep working on it. Keep up the good work ladies, we can do it.

I'll check in later.....

Mom2 congrats on the 4.5#'s!

Well I survived AC and I am down 4.8#'s this week for a total of 8.4. I think all of the walking and the avoidance of the buffet helped a lot! Thanks for all the support before I went!

Hi girls! I'm on lunch at work and I was just messing around and thought I'd check in and I AM SOOOO HAPPY TO SEE YOU GUYS TODAY!

Briana - that is a super idea for Thursdays! I wi on Thursdays .......... but now I can use your "idea"! Great job getting the walks in!

I just popped in here to say that there is cake in my kitchen and I'm not eating it. If I say it on here maybe I'll stick to it. Off to watch The Biggest Loser Finale and not eat cake!

mom2- great willpower on not eating the cake last night. wasn't the biggest loser finale awesome last night.talk about inspirational.

Hi girls! It was a beautiful day here in PA! However..............yes, theres always one of those, isn't there...................I DIDN'T GO AND GET ANY OUTDOORS EXERCISE!!!!! Actually, I went out..........but physical activity didn't happen! Tomorrow is my WI day and I did have a pretty good OP eating week! My down fall is the 1 Point fudgesicles and the 1 Point WW cookies...........I am TRYING very hard to eat them in moderation, but sometimes I want more! So....my point........I may not see a loss tomorrow and then you gals can remind me why!!!!!

mom2 - woohooo & great job holding back from that cake! I wouldn't have been able to NOT eat it! So, kudo's to you!

jean3 - You are very welcome! Can't wait to hear from you on Saturday!

I'll be back in the morning.......................(after WI results)!

Well I did my weigh in today and I'm down another pound. I have six more pounds and then I'll be at my goal for WI, but ideally I'd like to lose 11 more. All is good here and the weather has been beautiful so we've been walking at lunch time here at work. Sounds like everyone is doing well.

I did not eat cake on Tuesday night AND I did not eat cake on Wednesday night! However - - I got a little stressed this afternoon and I ate a 3 POINT piece of cake and was standing over the pan with a fork (have I ever mentioned that I'm a stress eater?) and I actually thought "Do I want to eat this or do I want to be thin?" and I put down the fork, put the lid on it, and went to do something else. What a moment that was! I'm off to take a walk with the kids, but HAD to share my "moment" with people that understand.

Great job Briana and Jeanne on your weigh ins!

Didn't Ali winning TBL rock?!?!? You go girl! She was the fan favorite in my house!

Talk to you all later, I'm going to go walk in the sunshine!

well i stayed on plan all week and only have a 1/2 pound to show for it. i was kinda discouraged but i hope that it is just water weight. hopefully i will show better numbers next week.
