Hey! These groups are great! I weighed myself this morning, and I'm down 1.5! May not seem like much to some, but it's great for me!
Have a great day!

I've been staying in my points but have been eating cookies every night. I'm up 2 lbs. I have to get those stupid cookies out of my mind. Do any of you have a fairly good chocolate treat to eat in the evening that might help?

Have you tried Thinsations? They're only 100 cal, and taste great. Hershey's also has 60 cal "sticks" that taste great, too. For me personally, when I know that it's a serving, I tend to feel full faster. I guess it's mind over matter, right?

There's also the diet cola cake. I made cupcakes and they were fantastic! The recipe is on here somewhere.... It's basically one dry cake mix and one full can of diet soda. There's a thread somewhere that has all kinds of suggestions, like chocolate cake with dark soda, and white cake with light soda etc.

Good luck snack hunting!

Hi everyone. I didn't get to weigh-in this week. Daughter had a basketball game. I haven't stayed Op so I am probably up. I hate to even think about it. Has to take youngest daughter to emergency room last night so we had ice cream last night and today. She is fine but I have babied her so we have given her ice cream to help her "feel better". So of course mom had to eat some too....lol.

Those diet soda cakes are really good! I love them!!! Even my kids eat them. The icing is a small container of cool whip with a package of sugar free pudding mixed in with it. I made a coconut cake with coconut pudding icing.....it was really good.

Off to fix dinner.

Hi girls! Just peeking in to say hello.

Keitha - what kind of diet soda did you use in your coconut cake?

Have a good week everyone!

Just dropping by to say Hi. Didn't weigh in this week - I've been really sick, and slept through my weigh in day. Figured that I felt too crummy to look at a scale ha ha!
