FEBRUARY Activity Log

  • Hope you all don't mind that I started this, but I have to log my activity now or I'll forget!

    02/01 - 10 minutes Elliptical, 2.1 miles Treadmill (Walking/Jogging)
    02/03 - 15 minutes Treadmill (Walking/Jogging)
    02/04 - 10 minutes Elliptical and 36 minutes Treadmill (Walking/Jogging)
    02/05 - 3.3 miles Treadmill, 60 minutes Strength Training @ Gym

    2/1 - 1 mile brisk walk. (15 min)
    2/3 - 1 mile brisk walk (15 min) & resistance training (40 min)
  • Where is everybody? We are 12 days into the month and no one is working out.....even me. But I did today and yesterday I did my step thingy and today added weights. Hope all of you are too busy exercising to post...lol!!
