I normally don't WI until Fridays. So, I'll be sure to post then. This past friday I was back down to 195! I'm not sure I'll lose this week (may even gain) because the trainer has me on a new eating regimine AND my body will probably be in shock because of the supder-dooper-increased workouts. But, we shall see!

LondonJulz - I hope you have a great weigh-in on Friday. No matter what the number, it sounds like you are doing great things for your health. What kind of "new eating regimine" does the trainer have you on?
Shelbysmom - never mind the scale - just keep up trying to do healthy things for yourself and the scale will catch up.

I showed a maintain this week which really was a gift considering my week. My fil is ill and in the hospital and both DH and I indulged in some emotional eating. Mine involved peanut M&M's and it wasn't pretty. Still, I'm back on track and hoping to see the scale go down this Saturday.
I had my first weigh-in today. I lost 8 lbs my first week. I am so relieved. It is about to be TOM and I knew for sure I'd be the same or heavier. Now I'm worried about what next week will bring :-(
You all have done so well and are so encouraging. It's so much easier when you don't have to do it "on your own". It's nice to know that others are going through the same things as me.

I am down 3 pounds this week. I think it could have been more but I am a little puffy with water weight today....too much salt yesterday, I made a casserole that had soup in it and I can tell it today. I will have to watch that next time I make it.
