I just weighed in for the week. I'm down 6 pounds for this week. That's 10 lost on the WW plan, and that's a grand total of 75.5 pounds for me. WOOHOO!
Good luck, ladies!

Hi, I am so glad to find this group. Today is my weigh in day and I am up a lb. I've been checking out several ways to eat and decided that I don't want to gain any more so I am starting the WW Flex today for portion control while learning to eat healthy. My starting weight is 220.5 and my first goal is 5 lbs. Have a good OP day.
Hugs,
Trish

First week
Monday will be my weigh ins cause I do it at work with co-workers wanting to lose too. My starting is 195, I have never been this heavy (without being prego) so I'm excited to get this journey underway.

Michelle - since you asked, sure. I always drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but they're 16 ounce glasses, so that's a LOT of water... also, I eat as few processed foods as possible. I eat oatmeal for breakfast every single day because it keeps me full until lunch time... and I eat a lot of zero point vegetables. Hope that helps!

Megan Congratulations on your 6 lb loss and your over all 75.5 loss. Thanks for sharing what you do. I'm already a big water drinker at least 3 32oz jugs and some times four. I am beginning to use a lot of the 0 point veggies a lot as well. You are doing great and a great inspiration as well.

Thanks, everyone. And no problem with the sharing! Anytime anybody wants to know anything, I'll be glad to share. One thing I didn't mention is that I'm kind of doing WW along with the 'Flat Belly' diet by Prevention. If anybody wants a link for more info, let me know. I get chocolate EVERY DAY! And avocado and peanuts and sunflower seeds and olives if I want that stuff (I have them often)... lots of 'good fats'. It keeps me feeling satisfied moreso than before. I have to use my flex points to do it and stay on-plan, but it's not a bad deal, you know... as long as I'm still losing steadily, I'm going for it!

Hi Megan Your before & after pics are great! Thanks for sharing them. I saw the the "Flat Belly'" diet in my Prevention magazine. I take it and the WW magazine. I added 1/2 avocado to my salad each day counting Flex points after seeing it in the magazine. Did you buy the book or just going by the magazine? I already use olive oil don't like green olives, but love the black. I wasn't sure they would work the same and magazine did't mention them that I recall. I eat 1/2 oz almonds which was mentioned in WW magazine and I have learned to enjoy dark chocolate as part of my Flex Plan. Thanks again for sharing.

Tirsh, thanks! I'm going by the magazine and the sites I found online. Here's where I got my list of MUFAs:

Thanks Megan. I went to the website and got the info too. I was thrilled to find that I can have the black olives. I would love to know the recipe for the Sassy water, but can't go the money for the book right now. I used to brew ginger tea and drink it. Guess I'll have to do that again.
