Just logging my workout: 1 mile walk, bicycle, free runner and elliptical plus 3 leg machines.

1/13 - 25 min. ddr 1/16 - 40 min. restistant bands |
Finally starting to exercise again:
1/8--30 minutes lower body dynaband exercises 1/15--30 minutes upper body dynaband exercises, 10 minutes running in place 1/16--50 minutes of water exercise, 40 minutes of aerobics 1/17--45 minutes of stability ball exercises with weights 1/18--15 minutes of no excuses winter workout, day 1 |
1/17 - 40 min. resistant bands (AND I'M NOT DOING THEM TODAY!!!!!!!! (18th) I CAN HARDLY STAND THE PAIN IN MY ARMS.....:yikes::yikes:URGH!)
1/17 - also 15 min. 1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone:running: |
1/18 - zippo!
1/19 - 1 mile walk. (aprx. 15 min. But I worked 10 hours yesterday!) |
1/20 - 40 min. resistant bands
1 mile brisk walk with Leslie Sansone (15 min.) |
1/22 - 40 min. resistant bands
15 min. walk (1 mile) |
d-d-d-d-dang it's cold out there!!!
no walking- snow and ice, just cruising the house and the stairs. |
