Default WW Get moving Mix DVD

So today I tried the Yoga/Pilates workout. I watched a few minutes of it first just to see what it was like. I thought I'd be able to breeze through it. I had no idea that 20 minutes later I would be feeling every muscle that I used (in a good way) and feel so energized! I was a little miffed that the woman leading the workout didn't tell you when to breathe properly. She'd tell you to do a slow inhale and then before I knew it she was saying to inhale again. I was like "hey! What happened to exhale?" It was a great workout even if I am totally uncoordinated! I figure after a few sessions I'll get it down! Anyone else have this dvd?

I have one I like called "Balance Ball for Weight Loss". It's not by WW, but from Gaiam. I started using the balance ball back in March during Physical Therapy. This routine uses pilates moves on the ball. Like you do the "100", but your legs are up on the ball. Also the bridge moves are on the ball too.

I always thought I'd just fall off the balance ball (being somewhat round myself). But that's not a problem. It's a great strengthening workout. I've been focused on core strength to help manage pain from sciatica caused by a disc herniation. It really helps.

LOL! I DO fall off the ball - that's why I got the bean. I love that thing! I still use the ball too though - just not for sit-ups!
