That's 5 days in a row for exercise activity.
That IS a new record for me (at least for about 10 years). :cheer:

2 days :exercise: 45 minutes

boy am i tired though! :faint:

IMNOTQUITINGTHISTIME 09-14-2007 11:36 PM

I know the month is 1/2 way over, but I figure I can still put in my activity goals!!!

:running:Walking 3-4 miles 4-5days a week
and
:lifter:Hitting the gym 4 days a week after my walk!

Ive survived 2 weeks of it so far!!!

Shay 09-16-2007 09:47 AM

I waited to almost the last possible minute but I did lower body exercises with the stability ball last night. I was pressed for time so I didn't use weights for fear I might hurt myself. So I did abs, calf raises, side leg lifts, and squats. Three sets of 12 for each. I HATE lunges so I didn't try to squeeze those in. I especially hate them after doing them with the Biggest Loser workout. That's just taking it too far!!

Shay 09-17-2007 07:42 PM

YesterdaY I did about 20 minutes of Pilates. Today I walked for 30 minutes with my co-workers.

Okay - DH has a new job and has been getting up at 5:30 every morning to get to the gym to work out, when he gets home to shower and get ready for work, he wakes me up (normally 6:30). I make breakfast and we have our mornings together  So, this morning, after he left for work @7:30, I did The Biggest Loser workout (finally got the DVD). This is the first time.................................... ever.................... that I have done workout in the morning, and I loved it!!!! No kids around to get in my way, and I actually broke a sweat. It was probably 30 minutes worth. Tonight - we walk!!!! YAY!

ruthannie 09-19-2007 01:18 PM

I slept in Monday, so no exercise.

Did 30 minutes balance ball/pilates Tuesday.

1 hour deep water aerobics Wednesday.

so far so good- scale is moving down the past couple days at a good clip. It showed 260.5 after water aerobics this morning. It was 261.5 before, so I lost about a lb in water.

woo hoo!
