Default Old points vs. new points

I have been doing the flex plan on my own, using WW materials that I received when I attended meetings and have had for several years. I have also taken the quiz, that apparently is "new" (or relatively new since I attended meetings) for determining points per day. With my old flex points material, I should have 31 points as a target. With the new test, I should have 34 points as a target.

Can someone please tell me why the targets have changed? Are they taking more things into consideration beyond just weight? Are they promoting slower weight losses for better maintaining?

Thanks!

Cris

Cris, they are taking more things into consideration for the number of points that you get. It isn't a "one-size-fits-all" program. My points also went up a couple with the newer way of doing it.
