Default New to WW

Hello all! I am new to WW, I have been on another diet which was working for me in a way, but is just not in sync with my life.

I have been considering WW for a little while and my doctors recomendation told me to go for it. My only hesitation is that it sounds to good to be true. I really actually think that I can do this sort of [B]lifestyle change[B]! I realize now that is what this must be!

I have really enjoyed reading all of your posts and cannot wait to jump in. I am doing WW from home by myself. I have spent a fortune on the other plan and really do not want to spend another dime. Time is also difficult for me so I think just doing it myself with support from ya'll is the way to go.

Hi! I'm new to Weight Watchers too. It's been about 3 weeks, and I think it's great so far. I'm doing it from home as well, with the online WW tools. It does seem too good to be true, but it really seems to be working. I'm losing weight, and I feel great too.
Good Luck!!
